Process

All planning engagements start with the completion of our Confidential Questionnaire and a
complimentary Get Acquainted Meeting to determine the scope and cost of your project.

The schedule presented below may change based on the size and scope of your  project.

15 Minute Introduction Call

Contact us to schedule a brief phone call to discuss your needs and how we might be able to help. If you are interested and would like to move forward, we will ask you to complete our confidential questionnaire. Upon receiving the questionnaire back, we will schedule a complimentary Get Acquainted Meeting.

30 Minute Get Acquainted Meeting

During this meeting, we will discuss your situation and goals in greater detail to determine the scope of services. Upon completion, we will provide a Client Service Agreement outlining the range of fees. The engagement begins when we receive the signed agreement, any required statements / documents and a deposit (the lesser of $1200 or 50% of your project's cost). There is no charge for this consultation.

60 Minute Goals Meeting

During this meeting, we review your income, spending, cash flow and establish financial priorities and goals. We may also clarify any outstanding questions regarding documents that you provided. Depending on the scope of your project, this step may not be needed.

60 - 90 Minute Presentation Meeting

At this time, we present our recommendations and answer any questions that you may have. We also discuss implementation and provide guidance on how to proceed. The balance of your fee will be billed after this meeting.

Follow-Up

While you are responsible for implementing your plan (unless otherwise discussed), we are available for a period of (2) months after the presentation to answer any follow-up questions at no additional cost. Our goal is to create a long-term relationship and recommend that you review your plan if you experience a life change or when you have a question. We hope that you will consider us for your future planning needs.
